Use this application when you want permission to enter a Personal Interaction Zone (PIZ) hosted by a nearby person wearing or carrying a PIZ-enabled NUC device. This request is for access to the local zone and the authorized devices or services available inside that zone.

This form is focused on the real PIZ use case: a person nearby is hosting the zone through a wearable or carried NUC, and another person requests permission to enter that zone and access only approved devices.

Requester submits a PIZ zone access request.
The request is linked to the nearby PIZ wearer / zone host.
The requested device or service access is reviewed.
Temporary access marker may be issued if allowed.
Zone entry is approved, denied, or limited.
Device visibility and connection actions stay gated by authorization.
